· No carpeted floors in all rooms and apartments

· Out of consideration for our guests, smoking is not permitted in all of our rooms and apartments

· Lockable and covered bicycle storage is available

· Outdoor parking next to the house available

· Bus- and trainstation nearby

· Please accept that animals are not permitted in the house

· You are free to enjoy our beautiful Mediterranean garden with lawn for sunbathing
